SEAD1 to retire on April 1

SEAD1 will be retired on April 1, 2017. In the coming weeks, we will be working with groups currently using SEAD1 to migrate their users and data to SEAD’s latest generation platform: SEAD2. All SEAD1 Project Space administrators have been contacted about the upcoming migration.

To prepare for the migration, all unpublished content in active SEAD1 Project Spaces, such as data files and user-entered metadata, will be securely backed up. Users’ ability to upload new content and add new annotations in SEAD1 will be turned off at that time. We will contact Project Space administrators after the migration has been completed and they have been added to the new space.

Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about the upcoming migration.
